I was generally familiar with the Memphis area before relocating here, but quickly learned that there are several distinctly different options in terms of where to buy a home and settle in. Lila educated me on the various options available – Downtown, Mid-Town, East Memphis, Collierville, Germantown, etc. Once we narrowed down a preferred area, she focused me in on specific homes that met my criteria. Before I knew it I had purchased a home. When I think back on my experience, I could not have had a better guide through all of this than Lila. Her service did not stop with the home purchase. She is still in touch with me to make sure all is well with my purchase and Lila is also my go to person for references when I need service providers in the area.
